As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist, you will support full life cycle recruiting process for our Sales organization while building internal relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the organization. As the subject matter expert, you will take a consultative approach with leadership to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and follow industry best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. The TA Specialist will also help to foster relationships with vendors, assist in the facilitation of internal trainings, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and work on various projects and initiatives.
This is a hybrid position with an on-site requirement of 2 days per week in Wilmington, MA.
What you’ll be doing:
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $61,000 - $80,000 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the position’s location. There is no application deadline for this role; recruitment will remain open until the position is filled.
