Drive high-impact marketing strategies and accelerate pipeline growth across North America.

Join our North American marketing team in a high-impact role covering a defined U.S. territory. You serve as the primary field marketing partner for your region — working closely with regional, industry and sales leadership to translate business priorities into focused marketing programs. These initiatives strengthen client relationships, create new opportunities and accelerate pipeline.

This collaborative role requires a marketer who understands what matters most to the business. You prioritize where marketing can have the greatest impact and execute across field programs, account-based marketing, executive engagement and deal support. At EPAM Systems, we empower you to build a strong local market presence and turn complex technology concepts into compelling business narratives.
