Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and day-to-day event activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing a company professionally, and gaining hands-on experience in events, customer service, and business development.
Responsibilities
* Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activities.
* Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
* Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers.
* Present information about products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
* Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
* Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
* Support lead generation through customer interactions and outreach.
* Assist with distributing promotional materials and information.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
* Provide general support during events and promotional activities.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
* Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
