Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is looking for a Physician Recruiter who will identify, qualify, interview, and contract with physician and advance practice provider candidates for our partner hospitals & clients. This position is responsible for strategic recruiting including managing effective, results-driven sourcing that identifies passive candidates, builds talent pipelines, generates referrals, and uses other creative methods to fill open and future positions. Will have a recruiting emphasis on Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, and/or Anesthesiologists. Although work can be done primarily remotely, candidates must reside in a state IES operates in, and preference is for candidates local to DFW market for easier accessibility to client sites and occasional meetings at the Corporate office.
