Job Title - Territory Sales Manager - Southeast Region (Atlanta)Arch Promo Group (Confluent Holdings) – Remote, Based in the Atlanta, GA Area | Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new business within an assigned territory, cross-selling across Arch Promo Group brands, and driving revenue growth. This is a hunter-focused role centered on creating new opportunities, not simply managing existing accounts.Candidates must have prior experience in the promotional products industry to be considered.Location Requirement: This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Georgia, specifically within the greater Atlanta area, where Arch Promo Group is currently able to hire for the Southeast region. To be considered, you must currently reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area or be willing to relocate before your start date. We are unable to consider candidates residing in other states at this time.Please note: The territory you will support spans the broader Southeast region. This requirement pertains to where you live and work, not where your customers are located.Territory & CompensationHome Base: Atlanta, Georgia (remote). This position covers the Atlanta market and the surrounding Southeast region, with regular travel throughout the territory required.Compensation is based on experience and is open to negotiation, with a highly competitive, performance-driven structure:Competitive base salaryUncapped commission and bonus opportunitiesEarning potential that meets or exceeds industry standardsResponsibilitiesProactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.Build strong client relationships through consultative selling, product expertise, and solution-based approaches.Leverage Arch Promo Group's portfolio of brands to cross-sell products and expand client programs.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting within CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).Collaborate closely with inside sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.Meet and exceed revenue and activity goals aligned with company growth objectives.QualificationsMinimum of five years of outside sales experience within the promotional products industry.Proven track record of success in new business development and territory growth.Strong experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred.Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area and be willing to travel throughout the Southeast territory as needed.
