Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Loan Accounting & Cash Management to lead a team of 7 Loan Accountants and Cash Management Specialists. This role will oversee loan accounting operations, cash management activities, internal controls, and fraud prevention efforts while ensuring accurate and efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of 7 accounting and cash management professionals.
• Oversee loan accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and cash management operations.
• Ensure strong internal controls, fraud prevention measures, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash positioning, wires, ACH transactions, and banking relationships.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of loan accounting, treasury, cash management, or banking operations experience.
• Prior leadership experience managing accounting or operations teams.
• Experience with Finastra Loan IQ strongly preferred.
• Experience with GFX or similar treasury/cash management systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash controls, fraud prevention, reconciliations, and lending operations.

Ideal Background: Commercial banking, specialty lending, asset-based lending, treasury management, or financial services.
