We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this entry-level role, you will help plan, organize, and execute engaging, mission-driven events for reputable nonprofit organizations and local charities.
This position is the perfect launchpad for individuals passionate about community service, event coordination, fundraising, and public relations . • Event Execution: Support the end-to-end planning, setup, onsite management, and breakdown of charity events, fundraisers, and community initiatives.
• Donor & Attendee Engagement: Interact directly with attendees, donors, and the general public to boost brand awareness, deliver the nonprofit's mission, and enhance the overall event experience.
• Logistics & Registrations: Handle event registration, sign-ups, donation tracking, and guest check-ins accurately and professionally.
• Volunteer Coordination: Assist in organizing, guiding, and supporting event volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Data & Feedback Collection: Monitor event attendance, gather public feedback, and compile basic performance insights to help optimize future campaign strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside event coordinators and non-profit partners to ensure all campaign and fundraising goals are met.

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required (college coursework in communications, marketing, or non-profit management is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, public-facing personality.
• Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced event settings.
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings and weekends during peak event schedules.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or volunteer work is a plus, but not required.
