Job Overview

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Data Quality Specialist to help maintain accurate business records and support daily administrative operations.
In this role, you'll enter, review, organize, and verify information across company systems and spreadsheets. You'll play an important part in making sure business information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
This is a non-technical, no-code remote position, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter information accurately into company systems and databases
• Review records for missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information
• Verify and update existing data
• Identify duplicate records and data discrepancies
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and digital records
• Perform routine data-quality checks
• Organize electronic documents and files
• Research discrepancies and make appropriate corrections
• Prepare basic reports and data summaries
• Follow established data-entry and quality-control procedures
• Communicate data issues to the appropriate team members
• Maintain confidentiality when handling business information
• Complete additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing and computer skills
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and standard office software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and remote-work environment

Previous experience in data entry, administration, customer service, billing, records management, or office support is helpful but not required.
No coding, programming, or advanced technical experience is required.
