The Barista delivers an exceptional customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistently high‑quality products. This position is responsible for executing all duties in alignment with company standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and upholding all food safety and sanitation requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage each customer with a warm greeting and deliver the signature Scooter’s “Amazing” service experience
• Answer questions and proactively educate customers about menu items and product offerings
• Accurately perform cash handling, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and follow all established operational procedures
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to company recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store equipment to ensure functionality and safety
• Support efficient store operations by restocking workstations, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both customer and coworker areas
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Show genuine appreciation to every customer and contribute to a positive store atmosphere

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Strong passion for serving people
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to learning and mastering brand recipes and techniques
• Dependable, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting
• Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
